ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested on 12.09.2016 for offences punishable under Section 379 IPC in Cr.No.659 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners restrained the defacto complainant and attacked him and robbed the gold ornaments from the defacto complainant.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody from 13.09.2016.

4. Learned Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on instructions submits the second petitioner has no previous case.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, and on condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
