ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Declaration, to declare that the registration of Document No.2217/2021 executed by the 6th respondent in favour of 7th respondent on 07.04.2021 by the 2nd respondent is null and void, illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Section 5(1) of the Patta Pass Book Act.

2.The respondent has not entertained the petitioner's complaint, since it involves title dispute between the parties. The dispute is between the brothers. 2/5

3.This Court is of the considered opinion that any title dispute ought to be agitated before the competent Civil Court. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
