Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 1/5
to renew the petitioner's sons Passport namely Kalimuthu Subbiah bearing Passport No. X3488862 dated 09.05.2024 issued by Indian Embassy at Kuwait, by considering the petitioner's son's Passport renewal Application Ref. No.KWTA01663725 so as to enable the Petitioners son to get renewal of his Visa for working as a Charge Hand with M/s. AL Mulla Cleaning and Maintenance Services of AL Mulla Group at Kuwait.

O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to renew and re-issue the passport to the petitioner's son in Application No.KWTA01663725, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, by filing a counteraffidavit, submitted that a non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner. Therefore, as per the provisions of Passport Manual, if the petitioner furnishes a 'No Objection Certificate' from the concerned 2/5
Court, the second respondent shall duly consider his application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is directed to approach the second respondent along with the No Objection Certificate (NOC) as mandated by the Passport Manual, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall duly consider the petitioner's application and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within four weeks thereafter.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 25.04.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No PKN 3/5
