ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested on 09.09.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307, 379 (NH) IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and Sections 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (POA) Act in Cr.No.148 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that in drunken condition, the accused made quarrel and pushed down the deceased, due to which he sustained injuries and after discharging from hospital, he died. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners and it is a case of case and counter and the petitioner is in custody from 9.9.2016.

4. Heard learned Government Advocate, (Crl.Side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sivagangai and on condition that petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
