RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 187 days in re-presenting the above Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P. (MD). Sr. No. 52973 of 2022 before this Honourable Court and thus render justice. PRAYER IN C.R.P(MD)SR.No.52973 of 2022:- To set aside the fair order and decreetal order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Karur made in C.M.A.No.6 of 2019 dated 18.07.2022 imposing the cost while reversing the fair and decreetal order in I.A.NO.543 of 2017 in O.S.No.75 of 2011 dated 16.04.2019 passed by the Learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur by allowing this Revision Petition.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The above Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 187 days in representing the above petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madras High Court, Madras and file a memo evidencing compliance before the Registry. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

4. On filing such memo, Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case for admission.
