Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the Appeal filed by the petitioner dated 02.03.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard both sides.

2. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the petition mentioned appeal. No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The interested parties including the private respondent herein will have to be necessarily heard before the final order is passed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
