ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This matter is listed today under the caption "Mediation Cases".

2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, referred the mater to the Mediation Centre for settlement.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case, chargesheet has already been filed in P.R.C.No.39 of 2016 before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Jurisdictional Court on all hearing dates without fail.

4. Once the matter is committed, the committal court is directed to take up the case on day-to-day basis without adjourning the matter beyond 3 weeks at any point of time and complete the trial at the earliest.
