RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of 7 years rigorous imprisonment for offence under Section 376(1) of IPC and 3 years rigorous imprisonment for offence under Section 366 of IPC respectively imposed against the petitioner/appellant by the Learned Mahila Fast Track Court, Dindigul by order dated 06.04.2018 in Spl.S.C.No.9/2016 and enlarge him on bail.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.SHANMUGARAJA SETHUPATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Fast Track Court, Dindigul in Spl.S.C.No.9 of 2016 dated 06.04.2018 and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the present Criminal Appeal.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court is of the view that the petitioner could be granted the relief as prayed for with certain conditions.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on
bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Mahila Fast Track Court, Dindigul and on further condition that the petitioner should report before the said Magistrate, on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
