This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the third respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.08.2016 on the file of the respondent police and to investigate the same in accordance with law and also issue suitable direction against the first and second respondent to supervise the whole investigation.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner against the proposed accused, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The third respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already given.
