PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, his son namely Gardilin Gibson and his father Mr.Davidson and their property from the private respondents 3 to 5 based on his complaint dated 04.04.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, his son namely Gardilin Gibson and his father Mr.Davidson and their property from the private respondents 3 to 5 based on his complaint dated 04.04.2022. 2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 04.04.2022 to the respondents 1 and 2 is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6554 of 2022 dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
