This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.253 of 2016 pending on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is going on in a right direction and A.1, who is the husband of the deceased was already arrested and released on bail and they await for viscera report and he would also submit that the Revenue Divisional Officer's enquiry is also completed.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
