Already, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter to the registry, stating that after filing of the above Criminal Original petition charge sheet has been filed and the trial has also commenced before the lower Court and seeking to withdraw this petition and hence, he requested the registry to post the matter for withdrawal.
