By the order dated 09.12.2024, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of the Women Advocates Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, to maintain 2/4

the Creche and post the matter for reporting compliance on 07.01.2025. On that day, it was not complied. So at the request of the counsel for the revision petitioner the matter was ordered to be posted today and the time for compliance was also extended till today. Even today, (i.e., on 27.01.2025) the conditional order was not complied. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that he could not contact his client. In view of the same, this civil revision petition stands dismissed for default. No costs.
