Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to complete the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Q3/3291/2021/2022 dated 16.03.2022 and thereby to pay adequate compensation for the portion of lands decided to be acquire and also to issue separate patta for remaining lands in name of Principal by considering his representation dated 14.03.2022, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Q3/3291/2021/2022 dated 16.03.2022. 1/3
2. According to the petitioner, her patta lands have been used without her permission by the second respondent. In such circumstances, she has given a representation through her power agent on 14.03.2022 to the second respondent seeking for compensation.
The second respondent has already initiated proceedings based on the petitioner's representation, referred to supra. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the enquiry proceedings.
3. Heard Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if final orders are passed pursuant to the proceedings of the second respondent, referred to supra, dated 16.03.2022.
5. Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on the proceedings dated 16.03.2022 issued by the second respondent, referred to supra, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner including granting her the right of personal hearing.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
