ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd Respondent to provide Police Protection to life and limb of the Petitioner and his family members from the Respondents 3 to 6.

2. According to the petitioner, he has given a representation to the respondents police on 14.03.2023, but, the same was not considered by the 2nd respondent by summoning the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that there is no life threat to the petitioner and depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, if necessity arise the second respondent will consider the representation of the 2/4

petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the out come of enquiry, he shall work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 03.04.2023 NCC :
