Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner had purchased the petition mentioned property in the year 1995 through a registered document. It appears that the land was already acquired in the year 1990 itself for construction of Taluk Office building. The petitioner must have been cheated. He had purchased the land that was already acquired. 2/4

3.In these circumstances, the question of directing the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner does not arise at all. Direction to consider once representation will be given only if a person concerned has any legal right to be considered. In this case there is no legal right at all. 4.This writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
