It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the 2nd respondent has already initiated proceedings in e.f.vz;.10945/2022/m8, dated 17.03.2023.
2. Considering the fact that proceedings have already been initiated on 17.03.2023, no further orders are required in this writ petition and the same is closed. However, direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
