This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the 2nd Respondent to file Charge Sheet in FIR No.132/2022 dated 27.07.2022, on the file of the Virudhunagar Rural Police Station, Virudhunagar District, before the concerned Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, it was taken cognizance in P.R.C. No.104 of 2022, dated 24.11.2022 and the next hearing date is 11.04.2023.
