When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2016 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on 31.10.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, but the same has not yet been taken on file. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies in the manner known to law. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, is directed to pass appropriate orders on the final report in Crime No.26 of 2016 expeditiously, if not already passed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
