It is an application seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime NO.51 of 2016 from the file of the second respondent police to the third respondent police.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
