Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1227 of 2017 dated 06.04.2017 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Kanyakumari to the effect that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily instead of appear before the Vellore South Police Station.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.T.RAMESH RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.Prabha,, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the petitioner has not even complied the condition even for a single day.

In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain this application and this petitioner is dismissed with liberty to approach the trial Court for Modification.
