Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.ANTONY ARUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.2398/2022, dated 08.03.2022, by directing the petitioner to appear before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, organized Crime Unit-II, Chennai at 10.30 am, daily instead of appearing before the respondent police herein daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the Director General of Police has issued proceedings for transferring the above investigation to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, organized Crime Unit-II, Chennai.
