This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file final report in respect of Crime No.140 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
