ORDER

This petition is field seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 68 of 2022 dated 24.11.2022 on the file of the 2nd Respondent to any other higher officials or some other investigation agency to investigate the case under the supervision of the 1st Respondent.

2. The grievances of the petitioner is that even after lapse of several months, there is no progress in the investigation in Crime No.68 of 2022 and the amount, which was involved in the crime is not yet recovered so far.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the basis of the information furnished by the petitioner, the respondent police seized the five accounts of the accused persons. He further submitted that the investigation will be completed within five months.

5. This Court feels that the investigation is going on in proper manner and there is no delay on the part of the respondent police. At this stage, the transfer of investigation may not arise.

6. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the process of the investigation within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
