ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.7 of 2024 dated 09.01.2024 on the file of the respondent for offence under Section 307 IPC within a time frame.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the FIR in Cr.No.7 of 2024 has been registered only on 09.01.2024 and the investigation would be completed as early as possible.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.7 of 2024, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
