ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/A4, who was arrested on 15.09.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 294(b), 323, 354(b) and 506 (ii) IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDDL Act and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Cr.No.655 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that petitioner and other accused trespassed into the house of defacto complainant and used filthy language and assaulted her with hands.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the injured has been discharged from hospital.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and and the submissions made, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
