ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.80 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police. 1/4
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by one Selvaraj, the first respondent-police registered a case in Crime No.80 of 2025. After completion of investigation, the respondent-police has filed a final report before the concerned Court. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. The prayer sought for in this petition is to quash the FIR in Crime No.80 of 2025. The first respondent has already filed a final report in Crime No.80 of 2025, after completion of investigation. As per the FIR, there are some allegations to constitute the offence. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he aggrieved. In view of the same, preserving the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
