This Criminal Original Petition is filed praying to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.57 of 2015, dated 28.11.2015, on the file of the respondent Police, within the time frame.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that final report had already been filed before the jurisdictional Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
