Respondent/Appellant/Defendant Prayer:- Appeal filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the judgment and decree of the Principal District Court,Theni dated 29.11.2019 made in Appeal Suit No.15 of 2018, reversing the judgment and decree of the Court of the Sub Court, Theni made in Original Suit No. 30 of 2012 dated 24.07.2017.

DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papers in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SEKAR, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr. A.Haja Mohideen, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court while disposing the above Second Appeal, the doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That the Respondent herein/Defendant be and hereby directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,10,000/- towards full and final settlement of the suit claim to the Appellants herein/Plaintiffs within a period of three month from the date of receipt of copy of this order;
