ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/A1, who was arrested on 14.09.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 342, 323 and 324 IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST (POA) Act in Cr.No.656 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that petitioner and other accused attacked defacto complainant.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this is a case of case in counter and the injured has been discharged from hospital.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and and the submissions made, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum

to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
