This petition is filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner and his family members, by considering her representation dated 27.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner was running an un-registered chit and she cheated 18 subscriber's amount, totally, to the tune of Rs.69,75,000/-. He further submitted that the petitioner has now filed an insolvency petition before the District Court, Madurai in I.P.No.2 of 2016.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
