ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1113 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.828 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul and relax the condition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.1113 of 2023, dated 14.03.2023, is set aside and the condition No.2 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.828 of 2023, dated 24.02.2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed in the said Crl.M.P.No.828 of 2023, dated 24.02.2023, shall remain unaltered.
