ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 14.04.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506(i) and 120 (b) IPC, in Crime No.5 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
3.The case of the prosecution is that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and that the accused refused to repay the money and threatened the defacto complainant.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is at initial stage.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner and also considering the fact that investigation is at initial stage, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
