This Criminal Original Petition has been filed against the order passed by the Court below in not remanding the accused persons when they were brought before the Court after arrest in Crime No.323 of 2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the police have completed the investigation and filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, on 29.06.2016 itself. 3.In view of the subsequent development nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
