ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.379 of 2023, dated 29.08.2023 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, in C.C.No.268 of 2025, on 12.06.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
