Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the third respondent to file the final report by securing the accused in Crime No.265 of 2016 on the file of the third respondent Police in accordance with law and investigate into the case.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to file the final report by securing the accused in Crime No.265 of 2016 on the file of the third respondent Police in accordance with law and investigate into the case.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.Perusal of the records would show that the case was registered only on 18.09.2016 and the petition was filed on 26.09.2016. Therefore, I am of the view that it is too premature to consider the petition at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as pre-mature.
