ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.04.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC., in Crime No.122 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has trespassed into the defacto complainant's Tea stall and has asked the defacto complainant to give his daughter for marriage and threatened him with dire consequences, if he refused his desire. In the said process there was a wordy quarrel.

3. The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner is a married man having two children has compelled the defacto complainant to give his daughter, who is studying in Nursing Training College at Chengalpet, to marry him. Hence he was arrested https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and remanded to judicial custody on 12.04.2017.

4.Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
