2.Today(06.01.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as the main suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
