ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 31.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 302 @ 147, 148, 120(b) and 302 of I.P.C, in Cr.No.350 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The allegation against the petitioner is that he caught hold of the deceased facilitating the attack on him by A-1. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he never involved in the offence. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
