For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To enlarge the Petitioner/accused on Anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Cr.No.not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) pointed out that as on date no First Information Report has been registered against the petitioner. But the complaint has been received.

CRL OP(MD). No.5837 of 2020 i) If the respondent wants to enquire the petitioner, the respondent shall issue formal summons in writing to the petitioner. ii) If the respondent intends to register any First Information Report against the petitioner herein, the petitioner will be given notice so that the petitioner will have sufficient breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

5. With these directions, the criminal original petition stands disposed of.
