This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.09.2016.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ instructions, would submit that based on the order passed by the

Tahsildar, Kantharvakottai, the petitioner was evicted from the encroached portion, for which, he has now given the complaint.

4. Considering the above said fact, this Court is of the opinion that the complaint is not maintainable. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
