O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's case for issuance of patta for the land in Survey Nos.13/7A1, 13/7A2 and 13/7A3 to an extent of 0.04.30, 0.00.5 and 0.085 Hectares respectively situated at Ambalapattu North Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District based on his representation dated 26.09.2017 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the second respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
