PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of the third respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2022 For Petitioner : Mr.A.Mohan For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 and 2 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of the third respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2022 2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 01.04.2022 to the first respondent is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondents and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
