ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 I.P.C., and section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.124 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have illegally transported 40 bags of river sand, hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. 4.It is seen that the petitioner has already filed three petitions before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8726 of 2021,11744 of 2021 and 21271 of 2021 and the same were dismissed on 02.07.2021,19.08.2021 and 01.12.2022, suppressing the same, the petitioner has filed the present petition.
