This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.18 of 2016 pending investigation on the file of the firstt respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would that the first respondent, after conducting the investigation in Crime NO.18 of 2016, filed charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
