ORDER

V.Thangam, Woman Head Constable, All Women Police Station, Palayamkottai, is present. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted one Jeyapaul, father of the third respondent herein has given a complaint against the petitioner and a petition enquiry is pending before the second respondent police. 2.Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent police and participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
