ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner alleges that Survey No.337, Puthusukkampatti Village is a tank bund and that the private respondents have committed encroachment thereon.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents would submit that the petitioner is also an encroacher. It is seen that Survey No.339 is also a water body.

4. We direct the official respondents to ensure that both survey numbers are totally kept free of all kinds of encroachment whether by the petitioner or by the private respondents or by third parties.
