Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner for the purpose of white washing and carrying out repairs in the western wall of his property bearing D.No.24/39, Kulasekara Nathar Kovil Street, Tenkasi by using the vacant site which is in between the properties of the disputants as per the decision made on 23.01.2003 in A.S. No.83 of 2012 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi and also in pursuance of the Judgement and decree made on 08.03.2006 in S.A. No.1639 of 2003 on the file of this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has completed whitewashing.
