ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1922 of 2025, dated 30.01.2025.

2. Mr.S.Jaya Vasanthan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits 1/3

that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1922 of 2025, dated 30.01.2025 is hereby modified and the petitioners shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Nethimandram, Madurai, weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. The other conditions shall hold good.
