RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition imposed on the Petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5032/20221 dated 01.04.2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANANDHARAJ, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 5032 of 2021 dated 01.04.2021.

2. This Court by an order dated 01.04.2021 granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5032 of 2021 with a condition that while executing sureties the petitioner shall produce the two fixed deposit for a sum of Rs.50,000/- totalling to Rs. 1,00,000/- to the concerned Magistrate and the Magistrate in turn shall hand over the same to the defacto complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a coolie worker and he is unable to mobilize the said amount and deposit the same before the concerned Court, hence he seeks modification.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

5. This Court had considering all aspects and passed orders earlier and inview of the same the condition imposed by this Court earlier cannot be modified now.
